licensing
The Licensing Act 2003 introduced a unified scheme for licensing and the sale and supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshments. Personal licences, premises licences, club premises certificates and temporary event notices were introduced.
There has been a relaxation of the restriction of licensing hours and applicants are free to determine the hours during which they wish to sell or supply alcohol. The local authority may attach conditions to the licence as deemed appropriate.
We can guide you through the regime and assist with all applications under that act. Applications are submitted to the Local Authority for your area.
We can give you the necessary advice as to how to implement the law.
